Clive Charlwood - Executive Director
Clive's background is in technology development and business management. Prior to joining One Brick, Clive worked in a number of senior management positions at Synopsys Inc. His most recent position was Senior Director, Marketing and Business Development. Prior to this, he served as Senior Director, Research and Development. Clive holds a BSC in Computer Science, Operational Research and Statistics from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK.
Brian Gee - Founder, Chairman
Brian is a founding member of the One Brick Board of Directors. His background in product development and service operations. Brian currently serves as Managing Director of SA Ventures, which is engaged in a number of business activities in the People's Republic of China. Brian joined SA Ventures after McKinsey & Company. Brian holds both an MBA and a MA in International Affairs from Columbia University and a BS in Physics from Harvey Mudd College.
Dave Shefferman - Founder, Secretary
Dave is a founding member of the One Brick Board of Directors. Dave's background is in product management, business strategy and consulting. Dave is a technology evangelist who has leveraged technology to increase business efficiencies at AT&T/NCR, InformationWeek, E-LOAN and CafePress. In 2006, Dave received the prestigious "Jefferson Awards for Public Service" from the American Institute for Public Service. Dave holds a BA in Marketing from Hofstra University.

Chapter Directors

Ting Sit - San Francisco
After six months as a volunteer, Ting became an event manager. Six months later he stepped forward to lead the charge as Chapter Director. Orignally from Hong Kong, Ting stopped off at UCLA to pick up an BA in Economics before landing in San Francisco. When not working as a Financial Analyst for Clorox (or volunteering with One Brick) Ting can also be found joing Flashmob dancing groups aorund the Bay Area. Longer term Ting wants to help create schools and improve educational opportunities in the developing world.

Emily Gorman - New York
Emily took over the role of Chapter Director from the irreplaceable Jessica in April 2012.  She has volunteered with One Brick since finishing grad school, in 2006.  She has been a New York City public school teacher since 2004, and wishes that One Brick had a Chicago chapter back when she was in school there.  These days, besides doing One Brick events, she likes to hang out with her dog Finn.

Meghan Stegemann - Chicago
Meghan began volunteering with One Brick in 2007.  Soon after she joined One Brick she stepped forward to help lead the chapters "The Fun-Shine Committee". The committee works to support, acknowledge and cheer on the great work of the Chicago One Brick staff.  Meghan is an engergetic member of the One Brick family and brings with her a diverse background in education, communications, social media marketing, and event management.


Liz Wigandt Washington, DC
Liz began volunteering with One Brick in 2007.  After almost two years as an event manager, she assumed the DC chapter director role in November 2011.  Her professional experience includes genomics and medical research, in addition to nonprofit healthcare management. She currently works for a Fortune 100 company.
Amie Kegler - Minneapolis/St. Paul
Amie Kegler is the Chapter Director of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter.  She began volunteering with One Brick at the very first event held in MN and recently assumed the role of CD in September of 2010.  Amie currently works as an ocean export specialist for a global logistics firm.  She earned her B.S. in both Psychology and Spanish (with a minor in Biology) from the University of Minnesota – Morris.
Jeannette Roden - Seattle
Jeannette began volunteering with One Brick in April 2010 and assumed the chapter director role in July 2011.  As an IT consultant specializing in enterprise architecture and data management, she holds multiple IT certifications including CDMP, CBIP, MCDBA, MCSD, and MCSE.  Jeannette also works part-time at the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience and is well-versed in non-profit operations and management.  She has attended the University of Washington, Central Washington University, Edmonds Community College, and North Seattle Community College, earning multiple degrees and certificates in computer science, information technology, and business administration.  Jeannette is a third-degree black belt and TKD instructor, tournament judge and center referee.
Bruce Wang - Orlando
Bruce is the Chapter Director of One Brick Orlando.  Bruce helps organizations turn talent into income and improves productivity by helping teams communicate effectively. As the CEO of GroupTable and a certified communication specialist, Bruce arms institutions and organizations with collaboration software that meets their needs and trains them the art of accomplishing more with their teams in place. Bcruce holds is B.S. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Rebecca Chinn - Detroit
Rebecca began with One Brick San Francisco in May of 2007; while in the Bay Area, she joined management as an Event Coordinator.  After moving back to Michigan she launched One Brick Detroit in October, 2011.  Rebecca has worked in California and Michigan as a High School English Teacher, teaching both English Literature and ESL.  Rebecca holds a BS in Education, with majors in English and speech, and a BA in Communications, both from Central Michigan University.  Currently, Rebecca is working towards a Masters in Counseling..
Meng Vue - Los Angeles
Meng discovered One Brick in Chicago and decided to help bring that goodness to Los Angeles.  He worked with 1BLA co-founders Mary and Bill to organize the new chapter and took over as Chapter Director soon after the chapter's formal launch. Meng has a BFA in Computer Animation and has created award winning animations in the Film and Video Game Industry. He is currently an Animator at Sony Computer Entertainment of America.
Melissa Ganley - Boston
Melissa began volunteering on the One Brick Boston Executive Team at its inception in late 2011. Her initial role was to focused on Volunteer Relations team. She’s currently working in Human Resources for a social justice and capacity building non-profit in Boston. When she’s not working or volunteering, she can be found in hot pursuit of craft beer and good food.
Tiffany Schaff - Philadelphia
Tiffany worked with chapter founders Drew and Jack to build and launch the chapter.  She currently lives outside of Philadelphia and is the Director of Volunteers and Outreach for a local nonprofit.  Tiffany received a B.S. in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is an Army brat and while she was constantly moving her entire life, she has always called Pennsylvania home.
