Event Description

Prep discarded and surplus bicycles for shipment to needy people in South Africa.  The organization shipped 451 bicycles to Ndumo, South Africa and donated the bikes and container to the Ndumo Orphans project.

What we'll be doing

Preparing bikes for shipment including removing pedals and turning handlebars.

Bicycles for Humanity - Seattle (B4HS) is associated with Bicycle for Humanity of Whistler BC founded by Pat Montani, however it is independently incorporated and governed by its own board of directors and members. It was incorporated in October of 2010 by Frank Finneran, its president.
